The British (Sea Power) are coming, The British (Sea Power) are coming!!

Source: morecowbell.net

I never thought i’d see the day to be honest. They’ve been a band for about 6 years now and have toured the US 3 or 4 separate times but never come to Minnesota. If I recall correctly they had a gig booked at the 400 Bar on one of those tours but it was cancelled for some reason.

After an incredible debut album in 2003, a somewhat disappointing sophomore album in 2005, their upcoming new album, Do You Like Rock Music? is easily their best album to date and one of the best albums of the year so far.

This show SHOULD sell pretty quickly honestly, they’re a huge huge band over in the UK. Don’t miss your chance to catch one of the very best British bands of the ’00’s at a tiny club.
