David GrayIf your into the UK folk-rock scene then you should not have any problems recognizing this artist “David Gray”.  David Gray’s breakthrough into the folk rock scene came with the release of his forth album White Ladder in 1998.  But before this the UK folk-rock scene had known about Gray for some time, even before his breakthrough into the pop mainstream in 2000.  David’s release of White Ladder in 1998 was a critical success that included hit songs like: “This Year’s Love”, “Babylon” and “Please Forgive Me”.

“Babylon” in August of 2000 hit the #5 mark in the UK singles chart and to this day it remains his biggest UK hit to date.
