There will be just two dozen more Guided By Voices shows ever, culminating in a New Years bacchanalia at Metro in Chicago on December 31. I did just see BSS twice in March, and The Walkmen at in In-Store a few months back. Pretty sure i’ll end up going to Sonic Youth, I just enjoy them quite a bit more than both the other bands combined.

I may just go to SY here, and drive to Milwaukee on 7/31 and see Modest Mouse, Broken Social Scene, & The Walkmen there at The Rave. Not to mention i’m pretty sure Le Tigre & Wolf Eyes will be opening for Sonic Youth here too.
