The Backstreet Boys have added a new leg to their ‘Unbreakable’ tour – to promote their most recent album, ‘Unbreakable’, which released last fall. The tour kicks off on 30th October at the Sovereign Center in Reading, continuing through to Canada for the remainder of the fourteen city trek. The tour ends on 17th November in British Columbia.

The Backstreet Boys are the best selling boy band of all time, and they returned to the music scenes in 2005 after a brief hiatus. The group has been shortened to four members, following the departure of Kevin Richardson – Brian Littrell, Nick Carter, Howie Dorough and A.J. McLean are now the only remaining members of the boy band.

The North American leg of Celine Dion’s Taking Chances World Tour, which includes over sixty concerts, opened on the 12th of August. The tour will continue through to early February next year, and Dion will be performing Sacramento, Vancouver, Chicago, Miami and many other big cities on the way. The tour features Celine Dion’s biggest hits and also songs from her latest album in the English language, ‘Taking Chances’.

Taking Chances, which was launched in 2007, was her first studio album since One Heart in 2003. The Canadian pop singer is a multiple-time Grammy award winner and also holds the distinction of being the World Music Awards’ Best Selling Female Artist of all time.

Usher is all set to tour North America in November and perform in fifteen concerts along the way. The tour will be launched on the 2nd of November in Atlantic City and will culminate on the 25th in Dallas at the House of Blues. The tour will promote Usher’s latest album, ‘Here I Stand’ – Usher’s second consecutive No. 1 album in the US, after ‘Confessions’ in 2004.

Five-time Grammy award winner, Usher’s new perspective on life is visible through his songs. Now that Usher is a husband and a father, his latest chartbusters, including “Moving Mountains” and “Love In This Club”, focus more on finding the person that you love, marrying them and spending the rest of your life with them.

An American jam band with a cult following, Phish broke up in 2004 after twenty years of performing together since they grouped in 1983 at the University of Vermont. Now the band has announced that they will reunite in 2009 for a tour starting off with three shows in Virginia. The band had also reunited unofficially in September to perform at the wedding of Brad Sands – the group’s long time road manager.

The comeback tour is not about to be limited to the Virginia leg of the tour. According to the website of Phish, “The band intends to announce additional touring in 2009 early next year.”
