After cancelling her summer tour due to poor ticket sales, Kelly Clarkson has announced a new tour that will kick off on October 10th in Verona, New York. Clarkson is supporting her third album, “My December,” which hit the streets in July. Despite reports of a feud with RCA label chief Clive Davis over the material on the record, it debuted at No. 2 on The Billboard 200, selling more than 300,000 copies in its first week.
