Pop / indie cross-over extrodinaires Kaiser Chiefs have announced that they’ll be playing an exclusive show for Vodafone’s TBA.

The show will take place somewhere in Blackpool, with the venue being announced on the day. To win tickets you’ll have to enter one of two draws on the 30th or 31st August (this Thursday and Friday) on the Vodafone Music website.

However even if you don’t win tickets it’ll be shown on channel 4, so don’t worry.

Bruce Springsteen has announced that he’ll be playing a one off date at London’s O2 Arena on Wednesday 19th December.

The American Legend will most likely add further London dates as demand predicts, but at the moment we only get one visit. Tickets go on sale for O2 customers on Wednesday (tomorrow folks) from 9am, or on Thursday (30th August) 9am for the rest of us.

Springsteen has a new album, “Magic”, out on October 2nd. Whether it’s any good is up to you - though undoubtably it will sell well, as most Springsteen records do.

Grammy nominated Jewel expects to unveil some new material during a handful of US dates in October and November.  She has been traveling back and forth from Nashville and her ranch to work on a new country album.

She’ll likely preview some of those tunes on a short, coast-to-coast trek that launches Oct. 12 in Washington, DC. So far, the outing comprises shows in eight US cities and a stop in Orillia, Ontario. Details are listed below.

Teen TV-star Miley Cyrus a.k.a Hannah Montana announced tour dates of her 2007/2008 US concert trek. The outing kicks off October 18 in St. Louis (MO), lists currently 56 dates, and wraps up January 9 in Albany (NY). Hannah Montana will visit Minneapolis (MN), Denver (CO), Seattle (WA), Portland (OR), Los Angeles (CA), Houston (TX), Philadelphia (PA), and many other cities.
