Beyonce is touring this summer! She has titled her summer tour “The Beyonce Experience.” And if that wasn’t exciting enough, she also has Robin Thicke opening for her! Beyonce has recently released her solo sophomore C.D. “B’Day” which she released on her 25th birthday. For someone so young, she already has a lot of experience behind her as well as the awards to back it up. As a solo artist, she has received 10 Grammy Awards and the Songwriter of the Year Award from the American Society of Composers, Publishers, and Authors, and that is not including all of the awards she won as a member of Destiny’s Child, and her Golden Globe nomination for Dreamgirls. Robin Thicke is also no stranger to success. He taught himself to play the piano at the age of 12. By 16, he was writing music for and producing albums for successful artists such as Mary J. Blige and Brian McKnight, just to name a few. Many of the albums he wrote for and produced have already reached multi- gold and platinum status.
