Country music superstars Alan Jackson and Brooks & Dunn are pairing up for a co-headlining tour this year.The North American outing, which comprises nearly 30 coast-to-coast dates, kicks off May 10 in Virginia Beach, VA, and wraps with several October shows in Florida. Details are listed below.
Collectively, the two Grammy-winning acts have scored more than 50 No. 1 singles and sold almost 80 million albums, according to a press release.
Newcomers Jake Owen and Catherine Britt will open the Jackson/Brooks & Dunn trek. Owen, one of the top-selling new male artists of 2006, is riding high on his hit single “Yee Haw,” from his debut album, “Startin’ with Me,” according to a press release. Australian beauty Britt is currently on the airwaves with “What I Did Last Night,” the first single from her upcoming RCA Nashville debut.
