The fifth annual 10,000 Lakes Festival (10KLF) will provide an unforgettable weekend of live musical performances and campout experiences held July 18 – 21 at the scenic Soo Pass Ranch in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota. A yearly tradition for music lovers nationwide, 10KLF has quickly established itself as a premier festival destination.
The initial festival artist lineup includes members of the Grateful Dead and Phish leading their contemporary ensembles, along with a diverse cross-section of talent from the improvisational music scene. While the main focus of 10KLF is meshing top notch entertainment within a pristine natural setting, the event also takes pride in being a philanthropic member of the community. By providing grants to a variety of groups including environmental awareness, hunger prevention, advancing arts education, voter registration, and other causes, 10KLF offers its patrons the opportunity to learn more about and raise consciousness within a variety of topics affecting its precious surroundings.

Once a member of the seventies stadium rock giant “Pink Floyd”, Roger Waters the founder bass player, vocalist and songwriter has split from the band and is now pursuing a successful solo career. Roger Waters, co-founder and principal songwriter of the archetypal progressive rock band Pink Floyd, will perform his magnum opus, “The Dark Side Of The Moon”, in its entirety, during his upcoming 2007 tour in the UK and Europe.
